Application

Sanitary butterfly valves are automatically operated for use in stainless steel pipe systems in food processing ,dairy ,beverage ,brewing and pharmaceutical industries .

Working principle

1. Can be operated automatically through an actuator or manually with a handle .

2. The actuator transforms the axial move of the piston into a bit of 90 degree rotary which it transmit to the disc . Then the valve is open or close.

3. Sanitary butterfly valve can also be mechanically locked in open ,closed ,middle or other positions by select different manually to regulate the flow .

Design & features
