Product Description The electromagnetic pulse valve is the air switch of the pulsate bag type dust collector injection cleaning system. Due to the reasons for the installation and the quality of the product, there may be some of the following faults in the use. Please repair it according to the cause of the failure and ensure the normal operation of the dust collector.

1. Leakage of gas
After installing the electromagnetic pulse valve, leakage is the most common problem in installation.
Installation of air leakage, electromagnetic pulse valve body and air leakage of spray pipe interface, tighten raw material belt or hemp pipe clamp.
Internal leakage to check whether the seal is damaged, and whether the spring is assembled badly.
Leakage: connect loosening or seal is broken. Tighten screws or replace seals.
There is noise when power is switched on, and the fastener on the head is loose and tightened. Voltage fluctuation is not within the allowable range, adjust the voltage. Clean or replace the impurities or uneven surfaces of the core.

Two. The electromagnetic pulse valve coil does not work after it is electrified.
Check whether power wiring is bad, re wiring and connector connection.
Check whether the supply voltage is within the range of + - to normal location.
Whether or not the coils are removed and re welded
Coils short circuiting and changing coils
Is the working pressure difference inappropriate? Adjust the differential pressure to replace the equivalent Solenoid Valve.
The fluid temperature is too high to replace the proportionate Solenoid valve
Impurities cause the main spool and moving iron core of the solenoid valve to be stuck and cleaned. If seal damage occurs, replace the seal and install the filter.
The viscosity of the liquid is too high, the frequency is too high, and the life has arrived.

Three. The electromagnetic pulse valve can not be closed (straight through)
Seal of main spool or iron core has been damaged. Replace seal.
If the fluid temperature and viscosity are too high, replace the counterpart solenoid valves.
The impurity enters the electromagnetic valve to produce the valve core or the moving iron core.
Spring life has been or deformed
Blockage of the balance hole of the throttle hole - cleaning in time
Working frequency is too high or life expectancy has changed.

Four. The air leakage of the electromagnetic pulse valve, the clearance of the diaphragm and the hole in contact with the diaphragm.
